Registration forms must be completed separately for each person that is registering for the conference. If you will have someone accompanying you who will not be attending the conference, but will attend only the pre-conference tour or the CFGA Awards Luncheon, you may purchase tickets for them to participate in those events as part of your registration.

Registration Fees

Full Conference Registration fees include

  • Welcome Reception on Tuesday
  • morning and afternoon breaks on Wednesday & Thursday
  • luncheon on Wednesday & CFGA Leadership Award Luncheon on Thursday
Participation in the Leadership Awards Luncheon is included in Student and Thursday One-Day Registration Fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees are refundable, less an administration fee of $50.00, provided that written notification of cancellation is provided by email to the Conference Coordinator by October 20, 2017. No refunds for cancellations received after October 20, 2017.

Early Bird Rate for full Conference Registration: $420.00 (plus $54.60 HST) - up to September 29, 2017
Regular Rate for full Conference Registration: $500.00 (plus $65.00 HST) - after September 29, 2017

Student Rate Full Conference - $150.00 (plus $19.50 HST)

Wednesday Only (One Day) - $250.00 (plus $32.50 HST)

Thursday Only (One Day) - $250.00 (plus $32.50 HST)
